Senior Pastors

Dan and Roxie have called Ottawa home for most of their lives and believe church should be a place where people find hope, healing, and a true sense of belonging.

Dan’s father, Dr. Afton B. Oglesby, founded the church in 1965, and Dan has faithfully served in full-time ministry here since 1989, continuing the legacy of loving God and caring for people.

Married for over 40 years, Dan and Roxie share a deep love for people and the church family they serve. They are blessed with two grown children and two grandchildren. Through Bible studies, GriefShare, Celebrate Recovery, children and youth ministries, and many other opportunities for fellowship and growth, their desire is to help people deepen their faith and find encouragement for life’s journey.

Daryl Oglesby

Assistant Administrator

Daryl has been a life long attendee of CRC and joined the staff in 2015 working in general maintenance. Through the years Daryl has been a part of the praise and worship team and currently serves as the Worship Team Leader. His love for Jesus and ministry are further reflected in his service on the elder board, where he contributes to guiding and supporting our church family.
